School personnel employed for less than 240 days may choose to receive their salary over a twelve-month period, which will include July and August of the next fiscal year.  This form must be submitted to the Finance Department prior to the employees first day of work at the beginning of the school year, as per IRS Sec. 409A concerning compensation.  New employees hired during the school year will be eligible for this option at the beginning of the next school year.  Please be advised that once the twelve month option has been selected it cannot be changed until the next fiscal year.  Please contact the Finance Department for more information.
