Randolph County Schools is proud to announce the selection of Samantha Phipps as the Teacher of the Year and Brian Paugh as the Service Personnel of the Year.
Ms. Phipps, a teacher at Elkins High School, and Mr. Paugh, a custodian at Jennings Randolph Elementary, were recognized for their outstanding dedication and contributions to the students, staff, and school community. Both individuals were surprised with special assemblies held at their respective schools, where they were celebrated by their students and colleagues.
Superintendent Dr. Shawn Dilly and Randolph County Schools Directors personally presented the awards during the assemblies. Dr. Dilly praised both honorees for their commitment to excellence, emphasizing the significant roles teachers and service staff play in fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.
