Harman, Pickens, and Tygarts Valley high schools were recently recognized by the West Virginia Department of Education at the State Capitol for a Celebration of Achievement. The purpose of the recognition was to recognize 70 high schools from across the state who have achieved a 90% or higher graduation rate for the 2015-2016 school year. 3 of our high schools earned this honor and Pickens and Harman had a 100% graduation rate. Only 4 schools in the state achieved this honor. Pictured below are Pam Hewitt (Superintendent), Christine Long (Pickens) April Senic (Harman), and Steve Wamsley (Tygarts Valley) receiving their awards. Congratulations!
